- Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please use our contact form to get in touch with our support team, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- Exchanges
If you received a damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same product. Please contact our customer support team through our contact form, with your order number and details about the product issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact form.
- Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are often shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
